Reading the order email…

Your staff do work a computer should be doing.

We build automation for Nordic B2B companies. Orders, invoices and quotes that are retyped by hand today are handled by a system that connects to what you already run — with a review queue where you stay in control.

  • Fixed price
  • Live in 4 weeks
  • You own the code

This happens every day at your company.

01

Orders are retyped by hand

The email is read and keyed into the ERP all over again.

02

Invoices are checked line by line

The supplier invoice is compared against the purchase order by hand.

03

Quotes take a day too long

The answer goes out the next day — the prices have to be dug out first.

04

The mistakes cost the most

One wrong digit becomes a wrong delivery, a credit note and a phone call.

The AI gap between large and small is already real.

This isn’t hype you can wait out — it’s a measurable shift already underway.

In 2025, 35 percent of Swedish companies with 10+ employees used some form of AI — up nearly ten percentage points in a single year.

But the growth is uneven. Large companies have already pulled ahead — smaller ones are falling behind. Not because AI doesn’t work for them, but because they lack a simple way to get started.

Every task done by hand today is a task a competitor soon won’t be doing.

Share of companies using AI, 2025
Large (250+ employees)71.9 %
Mid-sized (50–249 employees)49.6 %
Small (10–49 employees)30.8 %

The biggest hurdles, among companies considering AI:

Lack of relevant expertise74.7 %
Data protection concerns49.1 %
Data access or quality issues44.3 %
Unclear legal implications39.2 %
Incompatible with existing systems37.8 %
Costs too high25.0 %

The biggest hurdle isn’t money — it’s not having anyone to build it.

Here’s what it looks like.

From a free-text email to a finished order in your ERP — without anyone retyping a single line.

What we build

Every automation is built against your flow, your price lists and your item register — not against a generic template.

Mail order automation

Parses free-text order emails into structured orders and sends them to your ERP. Every order passes a review queue where you approve.

Live

Invoice matching

Matches supplier invoices against purchase orders and flags discrepancies before anything is booked.

Live

Quote assistant

Drafts quotes straight from incoming requests, grounded in your own price lists.

Coming

We connect to what you already use.

We build between your systems — not inside them. No new platform to learn and no system to replace — the automation sits on top of what you work in today. Running something else, your own API or your own database? We sort that out in the mapping.

Four weeks from decision to live.

A fixed price set before we start, and a clear point where you take over.

  1. Week 1

    Mapping

We go through the process that eats the most time at your company, look at real emails and real orders, and set a fixed price.

  2. Week 2

    Build

The automation is built against your systems, your item register and your price lists. You watch it take shape, not just the result.

  3. Week 3

    Live testing

The system runs alongside your current way of working. Everything goes through the review queue so you can compare line by line.

  4. Week 4

    Live and handover

The automation takes over. You get the code, the documentation and a walkthrough of how it works — no lock-in.

The same job, three ways to pay for it.

Row by row — with the numbers one click away.

How your data is handled.

Data within the EU

Your data is stored in European data centres.

No model training on your data

Your data is never used to train any AI model.

Restricted access

Only people you’ve approved have access to the system.

You always have the final say

Everything the system does passes a review queue where you approve before it moves on.

Questions you ask before booking

What does it cost?

A fixed price, set after the mapping and before the build starts. You know exactly what the automation costs before you say yes, and the price doesn’t move along the way.

What do you mean, we own the code?

That it is yours. You get the source code and the documentation, and the automation can keep running without us. No licence that has to be renewed for it to keep working.

Do our customers have to change how they order?

No. That is the whole point. They write the same free-text emails they always have — the reading and the structuring is our job.

What happens when the AI is unsure?

Every field gets a confidence score, and anything that needs attention is flagged in the review queue instead of being sent on. You correct it and approve — nothing enters the ERP on a guess.

Which systems can you connect to?

Business Central, Fortnox and Visma are daily work for us, and beyond that email, Excel price lists and your own APIs. Running something else, we look at it in the mapping before we set a price.

Does it read attachments?

Yes. Orders that arrive as PDFs are read too, and the contents are shown next to the parse so you can compare against the original.

Start with one process.

Pick the one that eats the most time today. We map it, set a fixed price and have it live in four weeks and set a fixed price.
